As a mother we sometimes forget a lot of things, but one thing we must take care to remember is to take care of ourselves. We as parents should lead by example, meaning we must eat right, get plenty of exercise, live in harmony with the life in the world around and in doing so, we teach our children how to live happy, healthy, peaceful lives. Stress can kill, the mental fatigue and further assault on the physical body can lead to measurable symptoms of things like Heart Attacks, Strokes, and many many more diseases that can all be prevented by living the Best Life! You deserve your best and so do your children. Learn to live a heart healthy lifestyle and love your children for a lifetime.

The Author of Old Skool Momma is currently recovering from a Heart Attack, the tips provided above are real things that one can implement in addition to quit smoking, Low salt, Low fat diet, no fried foods, walk for 30 mins per day, Yoga, and many many more to institute a healthy, Heartgevity diet!
