There is phenomena that we are failing as humans to adequately address. There are a staggering number of homeless individuals, there is an even more shocking trend, families being forced into homelessness. This trend needs to be talked about, and real solutions brought to the table.
There are currently enough vacant and unlived in homes to afford each person facing homelessness in amerikkka to have two (2) homes. You heard me correctly, 2 houses! Each and every person could not only house their families but begin to rebuild neighborhoods.
No one making money in the housing industry wants to talk about this as a solution, and it's disheartening. Every politician, ceo, bank exc should be ashamed as they walk past people in need as they head to cash in on their misery, I hope there is a special place where you experience a reversal of fortunes.
I hope for a warm bed and a hot meal a shower where you don't have to look over your shoulders for each person not having their own place to call home....
